  • You are beautiful Padma! ❤

  • "The best roof over your head is the one you build with your own convictions." ❤️

  • Thank you so much Padma for showing such tremendous courage to confront, overcome and rise from your traumas, and sharing this with the world. This was beautifully created and well thought out and beautiful to watch. You truly are, an inspiration. Your mindset, positivity and resolve will echo in many minds. Thank you, I wish you all the happiness in the world! 💛

  • Powerful and beautifully told!

  • Please tell me how to I join the your institute

  • Your great inspiring to me i am your big fan p

  • Lol oh yeah her life is so hard.....all I heard was Waaahhh-waaahh

  • 👍👍👍👍👍❤️

  • There are so many lessons here. A single life that encapsulates all of what it is to be human.

  • She gets to go through life beautiful! Attractive privilege! I am not feeling sorry for her. Women are always victims in their own mind. Smh. Princess mindset.

  • ENDOMETRIOSIS = IODINE DEFICIENCY Meds and surgery only address symptoms or are at best a temporary solution. If your body lacks the vital mineral iodine, diseases like this (others include uterine and breast fibroids, or goiter) will eventually develop and or return. Left without increasing your iodine intake these conditions can eventually contribute to cancer and many other serious conditions. Iodized salt is an inadequate source. It can’t supply most of us with nearly enough iodine - especially when there are WAY more competing minerals blocking uptake or yanking iodine out of our bodies such as fluoridated water, bromides - and other halogens that displace iodine. Plus there are very few good food sources of it anymore. And you do NOT get iodine from bread products anymore. If you read a nutritionist say you can get iodine from bread - realize that their info is 35 years old. Nowadays, bread producers use toxic bromide as a dough conditioner - not iodine, which makes the problem of iodine deficiency even worse. SEARCH FOR HELP Look up "the Iodine Project" and especially things by Doctors; Jorge Flechas, Guy Abraham and David Brownstein or Dr. Sherry Tenpenney) There's no FDA guidelines or approved iodine treatments because the only way to pay for that kind of testing is to have a patentable product that helps you recover the costs of large scale trials. (plus widespread iodine use would threaten multi-billion $ pharmaceutical markets.)

  • Beautifully written. I'm sure it's not easy sharing something so personal especially when you were prepared to not ever speak of certain things. I'm proud of you for this note to self, and I'm sure someone is able to relate and you've just gave someone else the courage to be BRAVE!

  • This was so beautiful to watch. Thank you for being vulnerable and for sharing your story. ❤❤❤

  • Everyone is a victim now. We have all been through stuff. Stop complaining.

    • I agree. She is beautiful. She should be grateful. Typical Indian woman wanting to be with white men who use them

    • William Gates III wtf is wrong with you

    • William Gates III Yeah, rape is not as easy to get over

  • Continued blessings Padma Lakshmi, continued blessings; God LOVE YOU and so do we! To God be the Glory and continue to press forward in strength!

  • Beautiful Pads❤
